What year/model of CG125?
Some of them wont be able to power an H4 bulb.
Assuming it can cope with one, If it's a 7" shell, you should be able to get a sealed beam insert for it quite cheaply that ought to fit in the existing shell. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That one should cope. You may want to use a 35/35W H4 bulb so you don't overload the wiring.
Just search on ebay for 7" H4 insert. They are held into the rim by funny W-shaped steel spring clips. I'd advise wearing goggles when fitting/removing these.
I'd say the only potential issue is clearance behind the unit. The reflector will be deeper than standard.
Here's a picture of one fitted in the chrome headlight rim of my enfield. The insert is the brown bit (which is glass). You can see the four spring clips, (poorly spaced out here I moved them later). I use a pair of needle nose pliers to put them in (bit of a fiddle to be fair, hook in one end, then bend the other end in.

The other thing you'd need is a bulb holder (search H4 bulb holder) for the back of the bulb, you can buy them with flying wires attached, just fit terminals to attach it to the existing lighting terminals.
EDIT: don't get a neolite one. I was less than impressed with mine and replaced it with a lucas one. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen. That's when you find out everything you want to know.”

Odd that. I assumed it would be similar to the one on my Honda H100 (which uses those spring clips).
To be honest, I'm not sure, it's not how I was expecting it to be. Might be a case of replacing the entire headlamp and shell. Bit of a pain because most of the wiring runs through it. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen.
