Hi,
After replacing my top end with a top performance 86cc engine, I also added a Nibbi 28mm carb and jetted it with a 130 pilot jet.
The bike does not produce too much splooge when Idling, but as you can see from the video, when revving it produces soo much oil and smoke. I want to know what could be causing this. Some people say that it is because it is not jetted correctly, but I jetted it so that it never Boggs. It could be because my pilot jet is too big and my main jet is too small. Another possibility is that right hand crank seal is leaking, but I doubt this because I only replaced it a few miles ago. The final thing I could think of is that the oil pump might be letting too much oil through. Could someone please let me know What the issue could be.

It Boggs so much that I cannot accelerate if I use the standard jet.

Have you cleaned out your exhaust ? That looks like oil it would need to be so rich it wouldn't tick over if it were fuel spraying out like that.

Premix or oil pump?

How much oil did you stick in the bottom end whilst rebuilding it?

What did it do before you fucked about with what is now a motorbike and no longer a moped? I hope you are over 16 cause losing your license for driving without the correct one will fuck you up for years.

Are you sure there's enough petrol in the oil? How many miles since the rebuild? Is it residue already in the exhaust being blasted out by the new, massive powah?

Edit: Bother. Ninja'd by Nobby.

It uses an oil pump. I have not cleaned the exhaust in a while, maybe it could be a build up of old oil. I do not know what the bike was like before as it was completely broken. It has only done around 5 miles since the rebuild.

The smoke is quite impressive. Can you see behind you when you're riding it?

Is it actually using a lot of oil from the oil tank? I'd expect it would be noticably heavy on oil were it chucking that much out of the end of the exhaust.

I reckon its gearbox oil. And no it's not supposed to be spraying out of your exhaust.

Your main bearing seals are fucked.

could just be old oil in the pipe from before the rebuild and reving it pushes it out. also thats a lot of smoke if its good oil, i guess its a cold engine or your using crappy mineral oil? if its cold then you will also be making approx 1 litre of water vapour for every litre of fuel burnt as it'll condense on the cold exhaust. take it for a 10 minute run and see how it is smoke wise. if thats looking better then take it for a good run and look again. Granted a well setup 2t likes to be thrashed or you will get spooge build up but on road you don't always get the option or when running in a fresh motor. deffo carry a spare plug and plug spanner if your running a std heat plug as they have a nasty habit of failing if the motor is left to run cold/off load once you stop and the engine cools down they don't start again!
