Running rough and now won't start

Aprilia 650 pegaso 2000 cube model.
Has been running rough after working fine. Found a youtube video with possible cause https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D_52AaLCHRE ( blanking plug missing from carb allowing air in).
So I blanked plug off again - went to start to test - no power to anything. Checked fuses, battery 12.6v , no obvious wires disconnected, earths good, so where else can I look to get the power back to the system???

Have you power to the fuse box when switching on?

OK - I took each fuse out in turn and put the -ve from the multimeter to the battery and the +ve from the meter to the fuse terminal. Results- no voltage at two of the fuses but 12.4 v at one on both sides of the terminal.
Says in manual - A) 20 A fuse (yellow colour) - from battery to: key switch, voltage regulator, cooling electrofan. B) 15 A fuse (light blue colour) - from key switch to: all light loads. C) 7.5 A fuse (red colour) - from key switch to: ignition, starting safety logic.
The only one with voltage showing is fuse C.

Have you upset any connector blocks around where you was playing?

Don't think so - everything still seems connected - just bike is completely dead.

I'm amused that that video was uploaded the day I said on here that a Pegaso misfire was caused by a missing carb balance point cap.

Search sickpup and Pegaso if you dont believe me, BCF has a very wide reach.
