Illegal to use in some countries but there are other places in the world You know, the places where the TikToks come from showing accidents after someone's been fiddling with their phone ____________________ Husqvarna Vitpilen 401, Yamaha XSR700, Honda Rebel, Yamaha DT175, Suzuki SV650 (loan) Fazer 600, Keeway Superlight 125, 50cc turd scooter |

|I was listening to a presentation by an electronics consultant I know who was asked to design a wifi enabled kettle. Like most people he couldn't see the merit in it, after all you still had to fill the thing then pour it out into your mug or WHY. Nevertheless the customer was insistant and so he developed the thing. To everyone's astonishment it sold - about 100k units!! The reason - witless unimagintive folk with no interests outside work were buying them fo their partners because they could think of anything else they didn't already have. Functional advantage almost negligible.. ____________________ Now: A100, GT250A, XJ598, FZ750

I have a pair of Furygan Heat Blizzard heated gloves with a battery in each cuff. They’re good. The app seemed cool at first but I don’t use or need it. I could have them activate and warm up 10 mins before a set time every morning but meh! Otherwise there’s a controller on each cuff but they Bluetooth each other, which is nice. I can’t see myself ever using less than max battery (setting 3) even though a boost is available if you buy the glove-to-bike battery cable, but I don’t like being tied to the bike like that.

I have to admit a certain amount of ghey-ness on my part. Last ride out I went as far as zipping up the front vents on my jacket ____________________ Husqvarna Vitpilen 401, Yamaha XSR700, Honda Rebel, Yamaha DT175, Suzuki SV650 (loan) Fazer 600, Keeway Superlight 125, 50cc turd scooter |

It's the modern way. Why use a switch when you can use a microprocessor. Same with cars, use a computer to detect you pressed a button which then sends a signal to a relay to operate the motor to wind the window down. When old and outdated systems just connected the down button to the window motor.
It's called progress, get with the program you luddite! ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen. That's when you find out everything you want to know.”
