Headlights.

Ok, just got back from the MOT, and apparently the headlights are not pointing the right way. Took the front off and discoverd this:

Somehow the whole bracket has broke off, so I cant mount it anywhere. I'm guessing I'll need a new mount but is there anyway I can fix it? Don't really want to spend on new headlights, but need the mount. Anyone know where I can get one from? I checked DavilSilvers but they dont have it.

My idea is to get some of that chemical/metal putty, and bodge it back on.

OOOHH good idea ! Have put a thin bit of wire mesh over it, then covered it in P40 (mount is plastic). Stinks like hell, and was a proper bastard to put on, but it's starting to set !!

THen I will rub it down, drill a small hole where it mounts, then p40 washers around the hole for strength and because it pivots, then think of a way of strengthening it a bit more !!!

Make sure the lights are aligned before you set/glue them !
Might be a pain in the arse if he say's its too low.
IMO i would gaffer tape them, at least you've got some movement left to play with .
