Today I treated myself to a nice new Rossi Replica lid. It was £225 down from £300. I love it! I just hope I don't smash it up now!
The Staff at Hein Gericke were helpful as always. Thumbs Up

I've got an agv "rossi" lid, (dont know which type though) which i bought over in majorca in palma.
Saved my self a bit, but did'nt have enough money to go for the top of the range one at the time though.

Lucky bastard ! Thumbs Up Wink

Tart! Wink

Is that a new-fangled V-Flyer; what does that triangular label on the back say? Looks pretty sweet as far as these things go, I do like AGV, particularly as their idea of head shape matches mine pretty well.

(And, unlike Nitro, they don't have a tendency to put the seams inside, creating pressure ridges and giving you headaches until it's worn in.)

It says AGV "X-R2" on the back. Smile

Arnisano Gino Valenza. It was started in 1947 as a manufacturer of leather bicycle saddles, started making leather helmets in 1949, and made the first fibre glass helmet in 1953.

Go to there, then -> Company ->Our History

There is some interesting stuff on their website.
