Yeah I'll fix it for ya... (I'm building a busa and need parts ). Honestly I'd do it yourself mate. Get a good project pack of sandpaper / wet 'n' dry from halfords and get cracking. I'll have a guess it's the right hand panel that is damaged? Usually it is. Also colour match isn't a big problem, take the panel to them (halfords) and they'll give you a tin the same. Just make sure you lacure it well and polish it back after-wards.
Hope that helps,

If you don't want to do it yourself - give PlasTech in reading a call. They repaired my fairing from some quite severe damage, and you wouldn't know the difference. They charged £200 to respray a whole panel, including repairing three seperate lage cracks, and a hole - also they cut holes in both fairing panels and fitted my crash mushrooms for me - which is why it sounds expensive.
Their number is usually in the back of performance bikes, but I can dig it out if you need me to. ____________________ British beauty: Triumph Street Triple R; Loony stroker: KR1S; Track fun: GSXR750 L1; Commuter Missile: GSX-S1000F; Cheap project: CBR900RR FireBlade
Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another. |
