What sort of noise? Clattering, banging, popping, whistling, clunking, chattering, screeching, rubbing, roaring, whirring, wooshing, tinkling.....?

two nuts either side of the rearwheel. Loosen and pull wheel back until chain is tighter. Should not have more than an inch(ish) movement. Test by sticking your fingers under it and lift gently. Tighten nuts. Easy peasy really. Should take about ten minutes!
Thumbs Up

Like flip said if your chain is to slack then when you slow down or ghange gear the chain hit the swing arm. This is what happened to mine the other month i took mine down to the garage becase i couldnt be arsed with trying to hold the bike upright while the rear whell was off the floor anyway the garage only charged me £2 for doin it they said £2 covered the cost of the chain loob they put on lol

If you do it yourself tho remember to only adjust each nut as much as the other otherwise the back wheel will not be straight and this may cause your chain to fly off when riding your bike(not a good idea) Just to be on the safe side when youve done it get down on ur front and look square at the back wheel to see if it is.
