Any industrial bearing factor will have one for about a fiver, but you'll need the size. Best bet is to drop the wheel out, remove the bearing and take it along.

Yep, the old bearing will have a number stamped round the edge of the outer race. If you drop it out, take it to a bearing factor (the bearing or the number off it) and they will most likley have them in stock with prices ranging from £2.50 to £10. Take their advice for which would suit your application best.

You can find bearing factors in the yellow pages, if they don't have your bearing in stock, they should be able to get it by the next day or they are not worth their salt. Smallness of shop front does not necessarily denote lack of stock, most of their business is supplying industry and industry demands rapid bearing supply. A broken 50p bearing can hold up an entire production line.

If you need the bike to go pick them up, you might be able to read the number off the bearing if you drop the wheel out and remove the circlip/dust covers without disturbing the berarings then replace them again.

Most motorbike wheel bearings are 6202 but this is not a hard and fast rule, you have an exotic bike so sods law dictates it will be different.

The quick option is to phone up Mito Mondo and get some OE bearings. You will be raped for price.

The other option is to get some from M&P. They're £4.99 a side but i'm not sure what the size is. They might know what sizes they are.

But as said, the sizes should be etched on the outer race.

Here's a retailer of Cagiva wheel bearings and so you could contact them.

Hi

Given the code for the bearing on that site is "6004DDU" it looks like it is a 6004 bearing. Ask for a 6004 2RS (the 2RS is for 2 rubber seals).

All the best

Keith

If you get no luck from any them, call Paul at DMA Racing on 01666 510456. He is a Cagiva dealer and will be able to send one out to you via the old snail mail.

Cagiva Mito 125 light bulbs;

Twin headlights with Bilux lamps 12v 25/25 Watt

Parking light bulb 12v 5 Watt

Blinker Bulb 12v 10 Watt

Brake light bulb 12v 21 Watt

Parking light bulb 12v 5 Watt

Just checked the Hein Gericke manual and you're out of luck there!

Here you go and you can see if it's the same type;

Hi

Think the rear brake light switch is a pressure switch built into the banjo bolt holding the hose onto the rear brake master cylinder.

All the best

What he said. Put the code into google, someone will have it. It wont always be used for the same thing, so ignore the stated use and look for the correct code. My gearbox layshaft bearings were sold as yamaha DT125 driveside cranckshaft bearings Laughing As long as the code is the same they will be fine.
