Jim i swear that since the time you bought that ped, there hasnt been a single occasion where there hasnt been something not wrong with it!
Think you should sell it to some unsuspecting 'Ped boi and stick with your metro untill you can afford to buy a proper bike! ____________________ Its Not a Melon, Its Clearly a Lime!!

UPDATE
ok me and binge have looked all over , changed airfilter and spark plug, and have noticed the carburettor is spitting back petrol/mixture. which clogs the filter out, now this isnt normal is it?
i think the carb needs to be cleaned properly as the idle doesnt go through the roof when the idle needle is screwed all the way in!
what are your guys thoughts? i have a 70 cylinder atm only been in there a lil while. the carb has been upjetted.
but should i buy a bigger carb as the one i have is spitting and crap
any help be great

Ok Jim. You retard, you have told half a story here!
Right. Today I went to Jim's house. Changed the plug and filter on the scooter.
When the engine is cold, it will start up pretty easily, and will rev and drive fine until it really warms up fully.
Once the engine is hot, It idles for a few seconds, then cuts out, and becomes a pain in the rectum to start again. A jet of carb cleaner into the mouth of the carb and it fires up again, And aslong as you keep the throttle bliping, then it will stay running.
Now the Idle screw is in fully, so the tick over is ok, When the engine runs, Fuel is pissing back through the mouth of the carb and is filling up the K&N filter, when the filter is off, It just sprays out onto the floor.
The scooter has a 70cc Malossi bore kit and a upjetted carburettor.
Have used about 1/4 bottle of carb cleaner spraying it into the mouth of the carb while its running to try and clean it out a bit.
The scooter has the origional Reed and reed cage. Could it be the Reed block which is allowing the fuel to spit back through the inlet ?

Pettals dude!
Its kinda mad that Laguna motorcycles told us you cant buy patternt reed petals on their own, You need to pay £40 for a whole reed block!
Ahh well, Scooter center or PM tunings. Hey Jim, Ill give you the number for PM tunings as I have it here in my Twist and wank mag.

It was fun.
We spent like an hour striping the carb and polishing it up, then I was like.
Hummm, You got that allen key, Ill take a look at your reed.
Boom boom!
Result: One SHAGGED reed petal!
Get them ordered, Ill pop by and stick it all back together for you.
GET YOUR BATTERY ON CHARGE TOO! Because your carb is fed on pressureised system meaning its going to take some turning over to get it going!
Hail the gravity fed system like my speedfight!
