I would expect at least another 3000 miles of normal riding plus that if it was on the Blade.

Arn't D207's for anything up to 400cc, like BT090's??

Theres a fair bit of difference between a 400 and a downgeared 600. But after 600miles, that is shocking.

All depends how you ride, anyone can trash a tyre. Just drop the pressure a couple of PSI (to get the heat up quicker) and ride like you stole it.
If you want it to last longer....gues what.....Don't ride like a Numpty (doesn't mean you have to be a saint) and check your tyre pressures regular.

IMO £100 ish every 500miles is a waste of beer money.

A D207 on a 125???
They certainly take longer to warm up than the likes of a BT090 as they are a lot more comparable to a BT020 with the D207R being comparable to a BT010.

I've just been quoted £220 for a pair of 208RR's for my ZX6.

Sorry to highjack the thread a bit but does anybody know if I will be wasting my money and have the same problems/ life as Dr Nick did with his 207's?

I think you can get a D207 to fit an RS125, not that you'd want to!

GPR70SP is a 125-400cc tyre. I'm running a pair at the moment that need replacement. They've lasted around 2500 miles on a downgeared vfr400, including a couple track days.

My zx9 tyres didn't look that bad after 500 miles; and that was with race scrubs and burnouts.

Speaking of which.. can do you a nice pair of 120/180 supercorsas in decent condition for a good price .
