Mine doesn’t get that dirty, but if there is hair, dust and random bits use the end of the hoover.

Depends if you have a removable liner.
This is how to do it if not.

Arrow Get some baby shampoo.
Arrow Take your helmet into the shower and clean with the shampoo.
Arrow Rinse out until clear water coming out and no suds.
Arrow Leave somewhere warm (but not on a radiator) for about 2 to 3 days to dry.

I use a wet rag with a little wasing up liquid, let it dry then a little febreeze stuff

I use "no wet wonder foam" it works great, then hoover with the wee brush attachment.
