What my mate did on his Aprilia was on his mini indicators, stripped all the insides out (wires, connections, etc) and the standard Aprilia indicators have similar insides and with a bit of time (an hour or so) and a bit of superglue, managed to fit the standard Aprilia connections, bulbs, etc into his mini indicators, without using a 23W relay.
This only works if you just want mini indicators and not brighter bulbs tho remember. Also, be confident in what you're doing otherwise you'll f*ck up the mini indicators and your standard ones in the 'conversion' process. ____________________ A big enough hammer fixes anything! |

Scorpio...
I have just had the same problem.
It can be easily solved by simply finding a lower wattage bulb for the unit.
I have got 4 replacement indicators, the front are the original 23w bulbs, and the rears i swapped for 5w bulbs. (£1.49 from halfords!)
Cheap solution and works fine! |
