looks like i'm in need of a new clutch . how much will one set me back (how much do you guys pay for them) and also, how easy are they to fit. or shall i get it done, proffesionally?
what would need replacing? plates, or plates and springs, etc.?
btw. the clutch slips when over 7k, pulling hard in 3rd and up
thanks guys.

Hi
Not that much, but depends on what plates you get, etc. New Barnett plates and springs for the FZR were about £125, EBC plates under half that.
On the FZR it is an easy job. About 10 bolts holding the clutch cover on. Then 5 bolts holding the pressure plate on, then you can just take the plates out, put in the new ones and bolt it back together. None of the bolts are done up with any great torque.
All the best
