what panel lights do I need?

What do I need for the mot - indicator lights, high beam light.

do i need a neutral light? Anything else? Is their a light for dipped beam I need?

I'm going to have to buy led lights of some sort and mount and wire them in as panel lights for those things above.

You need a high beam light.

You need a flasher repeater light UNLESS you can see the indicators from the seated position. Some bikes used to have a small hole drilled in the top of the front flashers with a piece of coloured glass in it for this very purpose.

You need a speedo back light.

You do not need a Neutral light, an oil pressure warning light or a battery charging warning light for the MOT but they are useful. If they are fitted, they should work.

I thought it was just headlamps etc, not idiot lights.

If you want to keep things as uncluttered as possible. You can fit a hidden buzzer/beeper in place of a flasher repeater light. The 'tell-tale' can be audio as well as visual.
