jeeeeesus.
where the hell do these civil servants come from ?
are they born like that or has somebody tied them up in a room for a year and forced them to watch the nuremberg rallies?
i had my theory test today, which i had booked myself online. I turned up the requisite 15 minutes early and handed over my licence.
Problem.
my name is rodney, but obviously i havent been called that since i was 10. When i had filled in the form online i had just put rod.
well, this was a big problem and he would have to ring and check.
cue lots of tutting, furrowed brows, calling his equally miserable opo over.
Needless to say it was all fine and i pissed the test Very Happy
but who are these people and what do they want?

a bit of a rant. Thanks for listening. Twisted Evil

They love their job, and they love being correct.
I hate them.
They sent me home in the rain once because I only had photo card licence, fuckers.

Oh oh, another one!!

In my one you had to sign your name on a touch screen thing with a pen on a wire.
It obviously doesn’t look like pen, the guy looked at it and got me to do it 4 times before accepting.

lol, When i did the pen thingy I was too fast for it and it just kinda came out as 2 or 3 straight lines... I had to sign really slowly for it to get "all" of the detail. i.e. resemble my signature...

I've used them before with UPS? i think... got some package through the post and he made me sign on one, his was really nice though kinda like an altered pocket pc...

Same here, i had to do it about 5 times before the woman would accept it. I havent used that signature since 98 when i passed my driving test ffs. Wink Those stupid stylus/pen things dont help either. Rolling Eyes
