Check idle screw and pilot screw settings on side of carb... sounds like it's dropping too low at idle for one reason or another.
Ideally, strip float off carb and check for scum.... rinse it out in unleaded, blow thru jets one by one... check airfilter isn't excessively blocked... ____________________ FAB-Racing MiniMotoSidecars - Back with a vengeance - F1 Class 2011...

Is it manual or auto choke?
If it's an auto choke, another possibility is that your choke is stuck on. You could check it and clean it.
(Or I suppose it's possible that you're not taking the choke off once you get it started & warmed up, but I know you're not that daft ..... are you?) ____________________ Sod falling in love, I wanna fall in chocolate. |
