Wasn't there a similar topic about a week or so ago on the new Triumph? I see it as something different (but not something that looks a whole lot different from a 636), but not anything truly sensational; but then again I fear change |

I really like the 675, but I have to say the graphite doesn't look too nice in the pictures on Triumph's web site. And is that a 2006 R6 style rear number plate hanger?
This is quite a nifty page from Fowlers.co.uk:
https://www.fowlers.co.uk/triumph_675.html
With the instrument cluster being able to provide so much data from the ECU, does it use CAN (Controller Area Network) technology like, if I remember correctly, Ducati? |

The dealers will have them in the show rooms from Janurary, but they'll need software downloading before they can fire them up. Software's expected to be released in March.
All Triumph bikes have had bugs in, I'll be waiting at least for the 07 model before I get one. They discover bugs in the 06, and fix for 07. Of course, wait even longer, and they'll probably stroke it to 700 for 08.
Just going on current trends of course. ____________________ TheShaggyDA: I've got 3 or 4 pairs that predate my wife, so at least 11.5 years old. |
