Has anyone else noticed that young girls seem to thing motorbikes are cool? I mean 6-10 year olds. If you ever pass a car with them in the back or a school bus, they alway wave like mad.

I can understand your question because sometimes when you're out and about, you see other people on bikes and you just know they shouldn't be cos they really DON'T look cool.

I have been accused of looking riteous, especially when riding my ratbike to a show with my german army riot helmet, cut-off and wraparound shades. I have never been accused of looking cool.

since having my bike the amount of girls wanting to come round see my bike etc is a joke, abit tricky when the misses is here tho

Only people who don't know anything about bikes find my bike cool. I also meet a fair amount of men who get that strange glint in their eyes and make comments about it being cool that I am female and ride a bike.

With a lot of teenage girls, it's "giggle factor". "Bf has a motorbike, how cool do I look on the back of it"? Whereas us more mature girlies are interested in being safe, knowing how it works, being able to ride bf's bike ourselves AND looking cool!
