Do you mean they have just tried breaking the steering lock, making the handle bars turn.
You should be able to put both feet either side of the front wheel and using force bend the bars back straight.
If they are physically bent, you’ll have a problem. ____________________ Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult.

its just like bicycle bars its the handlebars are on the forks stem & you turn it back straight you might b able to do it without taken of the clock panel,etc but best to take it off & loosen the bolt straighten it then retighten theres also a gap/line on the bars & stem which you line up with each other so you KNOW its straight
