 |
|
I have been speaking to a friend in the uk and he is claiming he can get 33hp from a 125 NSR is this possible
He just brought one as the owner claimed to get 33hp you just remove the restrictor plate in the inlet manifold and a re-jet and this will give you 33hp.
Its a 2000 btw. ____________________ ◙◙► K6 GSXR 600 ◄◙◙◙◙► K5 GSXR 1000 ◄◙◙◙◙► K5 GSXR 600 ◄◙◙◙◙► 96 RF600r ◄◙◙

yea RS is about 28ish roughly, NSR is less and not as much top speed, about 95 i think whereas got 103mph (indicated) out my RS probably get 110 (indicated) so probaly just under a ton or so.
if you have a good rider though you cant notice the difference ____________________ 99 RS125 --> 02 SV650s --> 03 Speed Four --> 92 RXS100 --> 93 CB400sf --> 01 CB600f Hornet |

It's about 5mph slower than an RS on topend, derestricted, but doesn't blow up nearly as often... so I've been told! Mine's still restricted though, til I do my test Don't want to loose my licence yet (after the accident, police were on about checking for restrictions in place )
Cheers,

Remember that there is also a power to weight ratio restriction on a 33bhp licence. I worked it out in another thread and pointed it out to 18Aprillia. As I recall, if you put an RS125 over 26bhp it exceeds that power:weight ratio and is illegal to ride on a restricted licence.
A 33bhp NSR125 is almost certainly illegal for someone on a restricted licence. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen. That's when you find out everything you want to know.”

With a new filter, re-jet and Arrow/Jolly Moto exhaust, you might see around 5bhp increase. I would think 33bhp would be possible at the expense of reliability. ____________________ https://www.bikepics.com/members/fuzzbcf/

I knew it was around the 1 mark. Is a long way out when you have a big ps. |
