Right, today was bloody freezing, just incase you didnt already know. Wink

Anyway I set of to meet andy13_uk, Siggi, Paul, 18aprilia and Joe at Brighton for 11 AM. The ground was icy/slippery (it was early morning) and yep, you guessed it, I lost the front end whilst negotiating a roundabout nearing Brighton. Doh! Only fairing on RH side damaged.

OOPS. Laughing
heres the damage;

Picked the bike up and headed on to brighton. At Brighton everyone met up; Siggi, Joe, 18aprilia, andy13_uk, paul, two of pauls mates and me. Had a chat about stuff before heading to box hill.

Chatting;

Andys new SV650! Its really nice and sounds great!

18aprilias modified RS125 - looking good;

Siggi's Fireblade - looks mean;

Whilst on the way we stopped to fill up for petrol at a service station (on the A23?) and to have a chat.

At the petrol station;

Andy's SV again;

Joe's new ninja! Looks so good.

Whilst we were at the station, 18aprilia tried to start up his bike...but it wasn't having any of it and wouldn't start. Mad . Siggi tried pushing 18aprilia on the bike to get it bump started....and after a few tries it fired up. Thumbs Up Dance!

"Start damn it, start!"

We finally arrived at box hill and met up with tatters Dom. There was quite a few people there and lots of nice bikes, considering how cold it was, aswell as some sort of Mitsubishi Evo meet.

https://www.bikechatforums.com/files/at_boxhilldscf0047.jpg

Dom's, tatter's bike and siggi's at bhill;

So it was quite a good day, lots of riding and getting to meet more BCF'ers. Thumbs Up

Oh yeah, on the way back from boxhill, just after we left I saw LukeVFR and his mate coming the opposite way, heading to boxhill. Doh! Laughing

Nice pics, gutted about the NSR though! Those crash bungs don't seem to have done anything!

Like the way you put the side stand down whilst it was on the floor Laughing

Apart from that, looks like a good ride Smile

Looks like a cool day out, shame about the NSR. Sad

Tell you what, I'm bloody glad I never got the RS125 I was comtemplating; they look too small for my comfort. You're right Siggi looks huge next to it! I see having a crafty Ciggi as well. Wink

True, but last time I said Hello, Siggi isn't exactly short.

Mind you, think all my bikes are on the small side for some weird reason.... Confused

Lol, yeah those crash bungs were shite. They were on the bike when I bought it, so I left them their. They were mounted to the fairings! Not exactly going to protect them then...lol. Next time it has got to be those R&G ones that mount to the frame.

I put the sidestand down because I was about to lift the bike and wanted to make sure it wouldn't fall to the otherside aswell!! hehe, then I thought I might aswell take a pic of it before I picked it up.

Paul what happened to your mate on the GSXR? one minute he was there and the next he was gone!

Oh that sounds like a good mod if every time you use it you can't restart your bike lol.

Oh and only gold forks? tons of bikes have this and is cheap for a rs125, i perfer mods that make the 125's look better and not mods that are under the engine.

I know you got mods under the engine but we aint got nothing to look at except you in a jumper and trainers.

Christ, leave the lad alone... he obviously has a lot of friends from here (He's been out with quite a few BCF'ers?), he's spending his money how he wants it and he's having a good time..

You're either jealous that he can spend his money on what he wants... Or you're just being a knob.
