Am always quite envious when people show off there new rides for a couple of quid more than what I bought mine for Embarassed

I'd watch that radiator, there appears to be loads of water under the bike Wink

Props man. You got yourself a very nice bike, for a very nice price.

It looks the dogs'!

I just have a soft spot for old(er) white/blue Suzuki's with the all-important white wheels (b¡tch to clean though).

my leathers are orange and black Shoie's, there's a bit of orange on the gixxer so they don't match too badly Cool

Is that a standard SRAD paintjob?

and re: the undertray's, my mate got one. You can barely see the indicators, and the brake lights are hardly any brighter than the tail lights.

Although they do look good.

Few pics of it on www.gaz-racing.co.uk/Friends.php under J.

would the undertray be ok with my hugger? they wouldn't rub or connect would they?

I have that undertray on my 750, the brake lights are significantly brighter than the driving lights for a start, and the indicators aren't even part of it, so you're mates indicators not showing up is because he's put crap indicators on.

If you hugger is the thick fibreglass one you may get an interface between it and the undertray, I have no hugger and my undertray has rubbed on my backwheel on occasion with a pillion, if i fitted my thick f'glass hugger there'd be a problem. Bear in mind I have a 190 tyre tho not the 180 the 600 has, may cause a difference.

And lastly, no that bike is not a standard paintjob, it's been resprayed.

You colour scheme is based on this one, but the side panels and rear fairing have definately been resprayed, whether the tank and top fairings are is hard to tell. If the red striping at the edge of the colour bands is lacquered over then I'd guess that they've been done too.

If you look at this picture, you can see the left and right panels aren't the same, the white edge is wider on the right side. So either the person who resprayed them isn't very accurate or one is resprayed and the other side is original with bits added to make it match.

Just bear in mind, everything's cheap for a reason. SRAD 600's are going cheaper than ever, at about 2000-2200 at the moment, but at £1800 even now you're gonna be looking at one with some kind of history.

yeh i noticedthe left side (clutch side) engine case has been ground away so it's obviously been down the road.

it must be the left panels that were sprayed then
