I am that bloke who posted few days ago about the bike.Altho i hadnt said i got it (i was hopefully getting it)
Now the ebay auction has ended an did not get to the reserve the owner has offerd it to me.
Apparently the fairing is not original NO but brand new.The owner told me he had them made to the exact same as the old 1s ? :S.
I have been looking at alot of nsr ns's an havce seen some nicer 1s then the 1 i am able to buy cheaper,
The probs i have is an i have allready said this.I dont have 600 700 pound to go an buy a bike out right.if i did i would buy a yamaha DT .but i only have couple of hundred an the owner has agreed to sell me the bike by installments
Also im told it has sports exhaust an derestriced an his 12 stone son has done 85 on it an been cautioned by police (he even said i could see the police report) as his son had to go to the station to show his documents
This could be complete shiat but i have read these can do 100+ so 85 not bad. From a 125 i wouldnt be expecting much 60 65 will keep me happy 70 legal speed limit sooo ____________________ my sepllnig is bad i udnretsand taht so i aolpisge.

This is from the advert from off ebay ..
The renovation work we did included a completed strip down and replacement of most nuts and bolts as well as a complete respray, New cylinder barrel, piston, rings, small end and gudgeon pin, new clutch plates, rear wheel bearing, front disk pads (Oct 05),. We also had a fairing made to original specification and replaced many small items to improve reliability and performance. (Radiator cap, new battery, heated hand grips, alarm, new globes, indicators, etc)
Overall we spent in excess of £1000 on renovating the bike (excluding time) and it has been super reliable and performs very well for its engine size. We have loads of spares that can be negotiated for by any person requiring spares or perhaps the new owner. ____________________ my sepllnig is bad i udnretsand taht so i aolpisge.

a grand?????? yeah right. looks like a couple of paint cans from halfords hand painted, and how is it a FULL respray when the fairing and body is a diferent colour??? all of the above parts dont come to much. its an old bike and no it wont do over 100 mph , its a fookin old skool nsr for god sake. why dont you listen to peoples comments on here, its a pile of poo poo. offer him 400 max or walk away. in my opinion of course |

Heres a bit of advice for you.
Dont ask people on here if a bike is worth £X amount, they are bastards and always know how to get a cheaper one !!
But they never tell me where they are |

bargains are out there mate, u may need to travel to get to it but they are around.
I got my Honda clr125 for £700, 1 owner, 9k miles, mot, fsh, 1999 reg. Overall very good condition.
If I was u I wouldn't settle for a bike just because he will let u pay in installments. I would save the money up in a seperate bank account (so your mrs can't get it ) and buy the right bike.
But u never know it maybe worth a look at the ebay bike it could be fine, but if u have any doubts just walk away.
good luck ____________________ [Rides: Suzuki GSF600sx]
