Embarassed Yep that's the one. Reading the posts from the crashee (follow the link above) it seems the guy didn't know what was happening and braked hard, and decided to swerve aswell. He blamed the rider for hitting him!

nah, that footage mades the scence quite easy to she whos in the wrong, even without the footage if they studied the skidmarks and the car afterwards you would be able to see he lost control

i did wonder, why is the guy filming his commute? he wasnt going fast and couldnt see a reasons for it...

She is an admin for a bike forum such as this and rides with her camera mounted most times AFAICT.

if she would of just tapped the throttle or kept off the brakes she would of made it through that gap but she was still braking when she tried Sad
