I got a letter through the post yesterday from George Whites (bike shop) in Swindon. They have all their 2005 models reduced to clear them and because i've bought a bike from them before i get an extra £500 off.
I can't afford a new bike but my old mans been banging on about getting a bike for ages so i told him about it and we went to have a look. He decided he wanted the ZX6R so we spoke to the salesman. £5499, plus 3 years 0% finance. He couldn't resist so he put a deposit down.
This morning he rings up to sort out picking the bike up and they tell him theres a slight problem...

They don't have the 2005 model in black (the colour he chose) so they'll give him the 2006 model, for the same price! £5499 for a bike with an rrp of £7300 Shocked Shocked Shocked !!!
What a bargain!
