I assume he has got the bike legit, you can call DVLA and give them engine numbers etc and they will tell you if it is 'dodgy'. Then look here https://www.dvla.gov.uk/vehicles/vehicle.htm ____________________ carbon bling |

I think you will need to go to the postoffice and get a form and send it to the DVLA.
You can do this very quickly and simply put it in an envolope and a 1st class stamp! ____________________ Call me Mr. Blobby  |
