ay up people, i have a datatool veto evo alarm system fitted to my bike and for some reason it keeps setting itself off, i keep reseting it and about 2 minutes, after its re-armed it triggers again, i have tried putting the alarm into service mode by pressing the triangle button, still no luck.. any ideas? cheers in advance
edit: i have taken the bike off the center stand and put it on the side stand 10 mins ago, it hasnt triggered again yet ____________________ Rh. |

I had the same problem when I got my current bike: it would auto-arm and on the side stand it would trigger, but not on the centre stand. Just changed the position of the motion sensor and no more problems. Mine was the Veto rather than the Veto Evo.
Also, anyone reading this, if you have any problems with your Datatool alarm, give the guys at Datatool's Tech Support team a call. They are really helpful and don't car if you weren't the one that bought the alarm. One of them even posted out a photocopy of an out of print manual for me. ____________________ If at first you don't succeed, move the damn goalposts! |
