Is it a VJ21 or VJ22 originally?

Are the forks standard VJ22 items?

Ever seen the jag concept car which was basically a race-tuned x-type? It was red, green and white - and absofuckinglutely gorgeous. I want a bike in that colour scheme one day...

Its all VJ22, originally an 'M' but has a swinger off a later model (non banana) and a bottom yoke off an SP model (alloy instead of steel...)

Jack, no not seen the jag matey.. any pics?

More progress today.. not much but it takes time Smile

carbs are on, cleaned and, well cleaned Smile

Home made gearchange linkage, rosejoints used so there is zero play in the gear lever, note also the alloy race gear lever

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v139/two_smoke/ebay%2015th%20january/gearlinkage2.jpg

I can't find the picture of the x-type, but it was pretty close to the f1 car;

https://www.autogazeta.com/g/395/JaguarR4.jpg

I think that is one of the greatest colour schemes ever. Looks beautiful!

Misc, with a bit of logical thinking you can do anything. plus 4 years as a time served qualified bike mechanic helps too Smile

Dang, you've just missed the opportunity for a StDavid's day unveiling aswell. Should look pretty sweet, the RG and RGV still look damn good for their age.

Gorgeous! This thing gets better and better.

You're having kevlar undertrays, my MZ's got a puddle of oil underneath it where I've been trying to guess by how much I've over-filled it.

Not only that it works at high pressure. Not sure how high, but i'd expect it to be over 5atm from the size of the locking mech on the doors.
