Yup, I had a similar problem with brake pads and wiper blades for my Previa a few years back.
It was a newly released model at the time, so it wasn't in any of the Halfrauds brochures, and also probably didn't help that the two wiper blades were also different lengths. The result was having to buy two pairs of different lengths (but at least my purchase lasted twice as long). ____________________ 1st bike (Sept'06 - May'10) : 1991 GPZ500S / Current bike (since Nov 2009) : 2003 Suzuki Bandit 600N

I was in my local Halfords trying to get an oil filter for my bike.
Went to their stack of oil filters but couldn't find the little book that tells you which one fits which bike.
I picked the only BMW one they had and asked one of their staff where/how could I check if it would fit my bike.
I was told they have removed all information that would tell me that, from all of their stores, but they will continue to sell the filters. |
