like everyone said, if you like it but also some bike look really nice with it, some look a state!!

Firstly, choose colour wisely and get a good finish (not wonky) as if its looks wonky no point as will look rubish!!

depends on bike,

also depends on colour,

ALSO depends if its been put on well, ie in a curve/circle not in strait sections Brick Wall

looks good on sports bikes supermotos etc, funky bikes,

don't think it would work on the more 'ordinary' gpz 500

Depends on the bike. I think it verges on the tacky side - even when done well, up close, you can still see the joins.

I peeled mine off after uuming and aaring about my decision for 5 weeks.

exactly... doesn't cost much and you can peel it off if you decide it looks crap. Might as well go for it Thumbs Up I keep meaning to get some for my hornet (white hornet, white rim tape), just never have the time.

Personally i think rim tape is good for contrast, if you have a black bike with red decals then rim tape looks like a tastefull add.

Groovearmada. Your CBR looks Lush Thumbs Up

It also proves my point on contrast! Wink

Never seen a bike that it's actually made look better.

Wouldn't let it near my race bikes, however gaudy their colour schemes.
(Until I realise how much hassle painting SV wheels orange is, anyway Smile ).

Where do you buy rim tape from and how much is it? Think some white rim tape would look good on mine.
