Hello,
As most of you know, I have recently taken possession of a shiney 1994 RGV250.
Since I got it it has been leaking from the top exhaust end can gasket

It has been dumping a thick black oil residue over the lower end can, and possibly over onto the back tyre. Now, I know that a lot of gaskets can be replaced with Cereal box gaskets... Can I replace an end can gasket with one?
I have some Gun Gum somewhere that I could use to patch it up, will this be as good?
Also, I have noticed today that the bike runs a split-link in the chain. Will I need to get the chain properly rivetted, or is it OK like this on a 55-60bhp two stroke screamer?
Thanks for your help guys!

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another. |
