throttle probs

hi i have a little problem with my ts100 if i rev it and then let go of the throttle it takes a while for the revs to drop back down to normal its a bit annoying when changing gear as the bike is still reving between gears
also not sure if its conected to this problem but when riding it seems like the revs wont go as high as wot they used to any help in solving these problems will be good thanks in advance john

Check the throttle cable isn't frayed. If it isn't then try flushing it out with wd40 and then dribling a little light oil in there.

It sounds like the cable is dirty and isn't moving as freely as it should.

have u tried duck tape.if that doesnt work,try hypercloride...hope this will help.

If I were you I wouldn't use WD40 on it as it will break down the inner coating of the inside of the cable and eventually the cable will go rusty and stick / snap.

wd dries out after a while. its not a lube. 3in1 oil would be better..
