check fuel line and tap position . check also kill switch , never use it to stop the engine , it's only an emergency cut on ignition

so take off your sparkplug . if it's wet it's ignition problem and dry it's a fuel line problem

Its possible to have enough fuel in the pipe and carb to get you 3 miles.

would doubt it. check your getting a spark by cranking over the bike with the tip of the plug attached to the coil against the chassis but be very careful to insulate yourself from the plug by holding it with something wooden or plastic (salad tongs lol)otherwise you will get a bit of a jolt. chances are if your plugs wet just give it a heat with a lighter to get rid of the excess fuel. if it doesnt spark maybe your coils not working or maybe your plugs just plain beat!!!

If it is the garage that serviced it wants burning down.
