right as some people will know i got caught speeding at 97 in a 70. Embarassed Rolling Eyes
now i got a verbal NIP which could take upto 6 months to fall through my door. now the thing is i want to get a car soon and will have to get insurance, what do i need to do if i want to get insurance with prosicution pending?

aye i guess that, but then what? if you say yes, do you have to give details and do they estimate your risk from the speed?

Hi,

You need to declare a prosecution pending. Some companies ignore it others treat it as if you have been found guility and load accordingly (refund if not gulity).
If its only 1 speeding then its often no charge

Well yes and no Embarassed , The women is claim off me Neutral and the police rang to come over again to talk to me but didnt in the end due to major accident the night before. I though they were dropping charges but coming back seems to suggest they arnt. And when the guy came last time he said i would recieve somthing soon saying if it was going further and i havnt so think it could.

I was referring to the women pending a claim on me and me pending a claim on her. That need to be declaired?? And the police situation, they havnt said yes or no so i declaire that aswell??

My insurance is going to be a joke Crying or Very sad

Yes it does, but extra cost of insurance will be part of your claim. Thumbs Up

Assume that the insusers havn't decided fault yet?

my suggestion is to lube up, as soon you'll be put over a barrel by insurance companies for the next 5 years.

no they havnt, need to ring and ask as when i last spoke to them they werent sure what going on (court or one of them give in). Not fun!!

I wouldnt say it was all as bad as you people make out.

Ive been done for speeding and i have 3 points on my license.

I done 2 quotes with the same insurance company, one declaring the points and one not declaring the points.

There was only really a 35 pound difference over a YEAR.

You wont really notice that once its been split into 12 months. be lucky if it was a £2.50 extra a month.
