A wee reminder that the motoGP race from Assen this weekend is on Saturday.
Qualifying is today at 1:00 and the race starts tomorrow at the same time.

I'm recording the qualifying today so I can watch it tonight.

I can also record the race but only in DVR-MS format (Media Center), but I've just found a program that will convert it to Mpeg.

I'll have a go converting the qualifying tonight when I get in, otherwise its about 1gig per hour of tv.

They only showed the last 20 mins on Eurosport.

Spoiler below... (select it)

Rossi and Capirossi look seriously dodgy for the race tomorrow. Rossi's qualified in last by a mile and Capirossi has only managed a few laps at a time, you could see him clutching his chest too. Still, first pole for Hopkins!

Hopkins on Pole for Suzuki.

Nakano second followed by Pedrosa in 3rd.

Rossi qualified last, almost 4 seconds off the pace (with a fractured hand).

Will probably be on Eurosport 2.

From the bit that was on they are assuming that Rossi just done enough to get on the grid. Should be very interesting if he's not in too much pain tomorrow.

Well looks like Rossi has no chance this weekend. He was 4 seconds behing in qualifying and nearly the same behing in this mornings warm up.
Should be a good race at the front though. Cool
