My missus was talking with a girl at work about plastic surgery, apparently this girl, who by the way is a decent size 10-12, curvy and not fat, wants lipo suction done, WTF?!

Anyway, that’s not the good news (obviously) but on further conversation with her it seems going over seas to respected surgery’s can do work for almost half of the price they charge here…….my missus asks “Would you like it if I had a boob job?”

Yeah, you can get it done in Portugal just outside Lisbon airport, for about £15.

They just cut her open with a bread knife, stuff a lump of strawberry jelly in there, and it's a simple blanket stitch to sew her back up.

In all seriousness, I wouldn't want my missus to have a boob job. Big tits are overrated, and fake ones just aren't proper tits. More than a handful is just wasted!

maps right about getting older they drop and you can guess what happens to the implants, plus the scars are alot worse for going down a size after already had implants, has they have to cut some skin off

Anything that is tweaked or adjusted to be better may (or will) make other areas look like they may need the same attention.

Forget bobs for a minute.

A nose job will highlight the bags under the eyes, a eye lift will highlight the wrinkles on the forehead, botox these lines and the neck looks flabby, a facelift.....

Boobs may have the same effect on the overall look of the torso

Just looking at some of the celebrities out there with bigger boobs, some of them look very stupid indeed.

Take for example Jade goody, she went for the more pert implants that look unnatural and stupid especially when she has her bikini on.
Whereas a more natural implant goes with the shape of your body, better if you choose a cup size that isn’t going to be over the top.

I want a boob job, I have since I was 15. I'm 22 now and as soon as a move out its the first thing I will do. My mom and dad don't want me to, they say i'm lovely the way I am but its definately going to be done. I would never dream of doing it for somebody else and I certainly wouldn't have anything else done after it.

I'm a size 8-10 but 5"6 so I just want some that are in proportion with my size. I went to a clinic last year and had a chat with a surgeon about it. I definately want it done in the uk though, with someone with a good reputation. A couple of people I know have had it done and the scars are tiny and they look fab!

Certainly make sure she reads up on getting it done abroad, and everythings safe ect. I just think if anything goes wrong I would want to be in this country.

id prefer natural tits on a girl

i once was with a girl who had had a breast reduction and had ugly great scars under her tits which was a turn off

i guess if a boob job was so good that i couldnt tell it was fake, it wd be ok.

I think they need to put them under the muscle to get anything convincing.

I think all the fake tits in big brother are a bad influence on girls.

Id hate it if in a few years time half the girls in england had fake tits.

If girls want bigger tits they shd just eat more and put on a bit of weight.

I think face plastic surgery is worse though. So many actresses these days have faces that just look wrong

dunni forget with implants they need replacement EVERY 7 years , I remember talking to a woman about it , and she didn't realise at all,

that said there are quite a few of the office staff who are natural and don't like it at all.

Implants look minging. What tends to happen is that you could fit a 180 section rear tyre perfectly inbetween both breasts.

Implants have become more convincing but only in one position, as soon as they move or the gal lays down they look unnatural, they points to east and west, or worse - north and west, they werent designed as fun toys for us blokes, its just that being the big kids we are we can can find fun in most things, - Variety is the spice of life, and I like the natural variety in all its guises
