Money problems got me down for bit quite a lot, my self esteem is crushed by that shit because I like to do well and I often do.
But then I realised it was my own fault for getting into the mess for one, secondly the problem aint that bad when compared to some dummy’s, and I don’t know anyone (unless given handouts and/or inheritance money) that don’t struggle for cash.
I thought for awhile my GF was looking elsewhere, but then it was my own attitude that was affecting the relationship, so I sorted that.
Some of my close friends have done things that have confirmed a lot of my doubts that I’m doing badly by doing worse.
Harsh it might sound but it does perk me up because they've slipped up.
I got my looks, my girlfriend, my health and most of the things I want in life.
And I don’t stop reminding myself of it, which helps a lot, it might not seem like it does, but trust me, its better than beating yourself up mentally trying to achieve the ultimate goals that only the people who have it handed to them on a plate can reach.
Take a look at what you’re doing, take each part of your life and tweak it a little bit, like a bike.
Eventually unless you develop too many problems for yourself, you’ve got a well oiled machine that rarely need’s a service. ____________________ Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult.

Hey memento!
I know how you feel, I turned 29 in January and having had kids very early, sometimes feel like I've done nothing with my time.
I have days/weeks where my life just feels stagnant and it seems that everyone is so much more sorted than I am!
What I decided was that before I hit the big 30 I was going to do a lot of the things that I had wanted to do as a kid! They don't have to be big things, it could be something as simple as dying my hair bright pink for example!
You may be so busy, or feel so badly about yourself, that you spend little or no time doing things you enjoy--things like playing a musical instrument, dor riding your bike. Make a list of things you enjoy doing. Then do something from that list every day. Add to the list anything new that you discover you enjoy doing, and anything that you've always wanted to have a go at!
Me, I'm going canoeing for the first time ever next month!
Another good idea is get cracking with something that you've been dreading doing, or something you haven't even thought of, like clearing out under your bed, or sorting through the bills you've been ignoring. This will build your self esteem tremendously. (honest)
Learn something new! You don't need a reason to do it... only that you have an interest!
There's loads you can do but one of the main things to remember is not to dwell on your problems, but concentrate on what you can do to get it sorted! What advice would you give your best mate if he/she was to tell you his/her dilemmas? And remember... take some of your own advice!
HTH

It's no surprise you have low self esteem, you are part of the ever suffering female population. ____________________ Be careful whose advice you buy, but, be patient with those who supply it. One Flaw in Women
By the time the Lord made woman, he was into His sixth day of working overtime. An angel appeared and said, “Why are you spending so much time on this one?”
And the Lord answered, “Have you seen my spec sheet on her? She has to be completely washable, but not plastic, have over 200 movable parts, all replaceable, and able to run on diet Coke and leftovers, have a lap that can hold four children at one time, have a kiss that can cure anything from a scraped knee to a broken heart—and she will do everything with only two hands.”
The angel was astounded at the requirements. “Only two hands! No way! And that’s just on the standard model? That’s too much work for one day. Wait until tomorrow to finish.”
“But I won’t,” the Lord protested. “I am so close to finishing this creation that is so close to my own heart. She already heals herself when she is sick AND can work 18-hour days.”
The angel moved closer and touched the woman. “But you have made her so soft, Lord.” “She is soft,” the Lord agreed, “but I have also made her tough. You have no idea what she can endure or accomplish.”
“Will she be able to think?” asked the angel.
The Lord replied, “Not only will she be able to think, she will be able to reason and negotiate.”
The angel then noticed something, and, reaching out, touched the woman’s cheek. “Oops, it looks like you have a leak in this model. I told you that you were trying to put too much into this one.”
“That’s not a leak,” the Lord corrected, “that’s a tear!”
“What’s the tear for?” the angel asked.
“The Lord said, ’The tear is her way of expressing her joy, her sorrow, her pain, her disappointment, her love, her loneliness, her grief and her pride.”
“The angel was impressed. “You are a genius, Lord. You thought of everything! Woman is truly amazing.”
And she is! Women have strengths that amaze men. They bear hardships, and they carry burdens; but they hold happiness, love and joy. They smile when they want to scream. They sing when they want to cry. They cry when they are happy and laugh when they are nervous.
They fight for what they believe in. They stand up to injustice. They don’t take no for an answer when they believe there is a better solution. They go without so that their family can have. They go to the doctor with a frightened friend. They love unconditionally.
They cry when their children excel and cheer when their friends get awards. They are happy when they hear about a birth or a wedding. Their hearts break when a friend dies. They grieve at the loss of a family member, yet they are strong when they think there is no strength left. They know that a hug and a kiss can heal a broken heart.
Women come in all shapes, sizes and colors. They’ll drive, fly, walk, run, or e-mail you this to show how much they care about you. The heart of a woman is what makes the world keep turning. They bring joy, hope and love. They have compassion and ideals. They give moral support to their family and friends. Women have vital things to say and everything to give.
However, if there is one flaw in women, it is that they forget their worth. ____________________ Funny, I used to hate being spanked as a child!

having suffered and still suffering frmo low self esteem and occasional no confidence i turned into a bitch! oh yes. i have been to the piont where i hated myself and had no self esteem or even dignity thanks to an abusive ex so i know what no self esteem is. confidence i couldnt speak or look people in the eye. now adays yuo start on me and io will lok you in the eye and rip you to pieces! i developed anger probs though since the self esteem and confidence came back
but i built mine up by starting to like myself basically, may sound big headed but you have to start there. confidence comes with it. when you faced with something difficult chin up! dont let it get you! stare it in the face, you maye be scared but dont show it. people will respect you more for speaking up. i got walked over to many times in the past and have learned my lesson big time in life.
when someone tries to step on you, you be bigger and step on them! ____________________ All the breast.

I'm going out in 20 minutes to see my BF and his mates.
I'm absolutely shitting myself, my heart's going, my legs are wobbly and I feel like I'm about to throw up.
I've known these people for 2 years, some I've grown up with.
WTF is up with me?
