it wouldn't be full powered . it would be "restricted"
best bet is keep it, don't restrict it. buy a cheep 500 thrash it untill you have the skills to confidently hop on to a cbr600
(im not talking after a day either) a few months atleast. or uintill you are legal to ride a unrestricted bike ____________________ the humans are dead

Restricted sports bikes like CBR's and GSFX's are just silly.
Imagine when someone pulls up next to you at the lights, they fly off expecting a race, look in their mirror to see you on a CBR tootling along because it's restricted :p
How silly would you feel.
At least when you lose on a non-sports you can shrug it off ____________________ Yamaha YB100 | Yamaha TZR125 | Yamaha XJ600S | Suzuki GSF600

Get an FI International restrictor kit and that'd be piss easy to remove, they use throttle stops and washers under the fuel injector units. Unscrew the throttle stop and take FI units off to get the washers out and it would then be derestricted. |
