maybe convert your degree into a part time degree streached over 5 years maybe? or 4 if you are feeling up to it ?.

This will enable you more time to do each module since you don't have to compete at 6 modules per year in terms of time, and if you feel up to it you can get a semi full time job which means some jam but you still have your backup.

Everything gets easier with time , I used to look at some maths forumulae and think whoa and it all just flows now.

Its getting to the point where I'd need a dedicated tutor to sit down with me and work out every single problem and clearly wirte down every step, and beleive me, at this uni at least i none of the guys seem to want to put in that kinda time with me (and i dont blame them, they got better stuff to do than try and help some thick-as-shit guy do complicated maths).

Ask for a mentor then , many universities generally advertise mentors and people doing it have something great to say on their CBT ,they are usually a year or two above you.

A mate of mine in university mentored , but he didn't do it cus he was smart he did it as a way of meeting women.

Elseif ask to do a maths module/course as said you can't build a good house without good foundations.

have yo spoken to your tutors, and if they aren't willing to help, speak to the lecturer, and if they arne't willing to help, go to the dept head.

Uni's are a business.. they can't afford to have students drop out, so will/should do everything they can to get you to pass.

I did exactly that last year. The dept head never replied to any emails / phone calls and was never in his office at all. After several weeks i managed to book a meeting, i arrived at the time he said. He never turned up, it was then finally re-arranged and when i turned up for that i had to wait outside his office for half an hour whilst he finished playing on football manager on his pc Twisted Evil

yea i dont get half the stuff either and this is my first year but i think its worth everything to stick at it, yea its hard but leaving without a degree just isnt a option in my mind, been though far too much shit with my crash to allow that.

Yea speak to your lecturers or tutor, mine is shit but i think my lecturers would help if i was in same situation

Seriously think about it first, might regret this decsion for the rest of your life Thumbs Down
