Hope you checked the rear engine mounts for cracks ! RGV 250's are prone to break them if the engine is not shimmed properly!

Looking good!!!

Hi

Neighbour had an RG250 and on that there was a fair bit of corrosion. Might have been possible to polish it out, but then you land up with a frame that needs polishing to keep it looking OK. Re anodising is possible but not cheap and can be difficult to do (you tend to get a different finish on different materials, hence possibly landing up with the welds not matching)

All the best

Keith

Something different Thinking

Kawasaki green?
Candy Pink?
Gun metal grey?
Black and white pokadots?
White with Pedobear decals?

The list goes on...

Hi

Well, you could use this colour scheme. Not from an RGV but it is an original Suzuki colour scheme.

All the best

With the more modern/race looking TYGA fairings, i would be tempted to go for a Rizla paintjob personally.

With the original RGV bodywork, then i think the Barry Sheene colour scheme or a Lucky strike or Pepsi paintjob would be cool. You could even go for the Skoal bandit paintjob as i've never seen one on an RGV before.
