Forget the can.

Go down to your local corner shop. Slap a £5 down on the counter and say politely 'Could I have a life please'

Then you won't care. Laughing

I was in a similar situation albeit i hadnt bought either but wanted one of the two. i chose a titainium acra. Havent fitted it yet though so cant comment on which one was better. however seeing both on your bike i guess you have tried them both! go for the one that makes the bike best....

Well I think the Yoshi has an overall better finish and possibly looks better. I thought it sounded a bit weedy, the Akrapovic sounds a bit better I think.

@ Sickpup, sorry to bother you mate. Rolling Eyes I'll see if I can get you a personality whilst I'm there.

If the 'povic sounds better id keep that, half of look of a can for me is the sound. Also i prefere the louder ones Rolling Eyes which is louder?? are they both race cans or road legal?

The Yoshi is road legal, but with the removable baffle. The Akrapovic is a race can. I found (very)occasionally with the Yoshi, I would get quite a large backfire when I was coming down through the gears quickly (apparently there were lots of flames too, but I couldn't see it obviously). I had a Scorpion on it for a week or 2 and it was backfiring a lot, but not as loud. Nothing yet with the Akrapovic, but it's only been on for about 20 miles.

I've just got a 1985 Roberts R900 portable radio that would sit just perfect on the passenger seat. Cool

There's something magical about radio 4 through an old roberts radio. Especially for moments of tinkering in the garage.

It's not got a radio because you can't hear it over the din anyway Very Happy
