Tire choice?

I'm going to replace the rubber on my ZXR soon, thinking of going for some pilot sports, anyone had any experience of them on a big sports bike?

I'm looking for something sticky, and couldn't care less if they only last a few thou miles. But I'd like something quite cheap as they will be used on track too.

Go for the Powers instead, they're supposedly better than the Sports. Siggi for one should be able to review them, I still haven't managed to get a set for myself.

So has anyone actually fitted Pilot Sports, I'd like an opinion on them if poss?

I can get a pair for £130, and for that price I can fit new boots to both my bikes.

My boss uses Pilot sports on his Bandit 1200 and swears by them. Gets decent milage and good grip in most conditions so he reckons. Also a friend uses them on his ZXR750 and reckons they grip well.
