Well its 2 weeks tomorrow since I had my last cigarette. Its been a piece of piss. Was smoking probably 25-30 a day unless I was at a trackday then it was more like 40-50.
It cost me 75 quid to get hypnotized but worth every penny, apart from the naked cart wheels whenever someone mentions Marlboro Lights.....

Seems very interesting. I've been smoking for 5 years now (since I was 15) and can't seem to shift the habit. I smoke about 20 a day and enjoy doing so. I plan on quiting in a few weeks after my exams have finished and I have enough time to prepare and chill out before the start of the long, cold road.

Yeah there's never a good time, soon as you stop stress levels jump pretty much no matter what I'd say. To top things off, on my second day of not smoking (today), I go out cycling in the park and get bitten by a dog. Neutral Rolling Eyes

Well done, glad to hear the hypnosis has worked. Just stick to it.
Don't get complacent, I'm sure the addiction is still lurking somewhere and it can't be that easy! Not fair!.

I quit in september 7th 2003(only date I can remember apart from Birthday!).
It's coming up to 2 years but still I have recently had cravings for a ciggy when sitting in a beer garden in the sun.

There's no fecking way I'm going back though, it is a huge success to give up and no point throwing that away for anything.
