1st time on a cg125.
i had ridden crossers before back when i were a lad so i had geared bike experience.
it was a bit of a shock though to have to ride into buxton town centre and face the cagers .
after only hooning it around the old raf camp site in cheadle hulme/handforth in 79
it's not hard though.
you get to ride round a go kart track or at least i did in buxton for a few hours.
just remain calm and take your time and you will be laughing.
it is good fun. ____________________ bikes owned :-

Passed first time with no previous bike experience on a Yamaha YQ100 (automatic)
Despite having never been on a geared bike, when my YQ100 got stolen, bought the CBR125R and road it home. Not a problem. Learned to ride it based purely on theory and watching other bikers around and about the bike dealers. ____________________ If at first you don't succeed.....destroy all evidence that you tried.

I'd never even sat on a bike until the morning of my CBT but still managed to pass CBT on a CG125 (and DAS on a Suzuki GS500) both first time
The only ones I heard of that failed had been acting like idiots, wheelying or intentionally ignoring instructions etc
IMO it shouldn't be anything to worry about, just listen, learn, and enjoy the new experiences

When I was doing mine their was a girl there who was really into her bikes but as soon as she sat on one she would start shaking
Instructor spent ages with her on an industrial estate but couldn't give her a certificate because he wasn't confident in taking her on the road as when she was riding she was in like a state of shock!!!!
Hope she managed to complete it eventually as she really loved bikes
