Yep, my mate put one on his his ZXR400 and it sounded ace, easily the best can I've heard till he just bought his TRX850, dual straight throughs, they sound nice too.

But John, get that D&D, and Barry, if not, flog it to a ZXR400 owner. Thumbs Up

Very Very Very nice 7r!!!! Cool Thumbs Up

But Phanny Im not sure the 7's and the 4's are the same exhaust. I have just got a 7R too and a friend of mine has a 400. He wanted a new can, so I let him borrow an old one of mine and it didnt fit.

Maybe it depends on the year of the 400, I dont know because I havent got one but his is on a m plate I think.

Also when I have looked through eBay, they all say about them fitting Srads and Early blades but I have never seen anyone say they fit the 400! Thumbs Up

My mate had a D&D on his L2 ZXR400, it fitted well and sounded ace. He said it was from a 750, but maybe he meant a ZXR750 not a ZX7R?

Thumbs Up

very nice mate, looks like its in spot on condition too!
I'd personally keep it standard, i changed bits on mine and kinda wished i didnt! There's more modded sportsbikes out there than standard ones!

Very nice in Green, but not as nice as me black one! Dance! Soz....

To make that look a lot nicer, get some small indicators, smaller No plate stay, hugger and screen. Just tidies it up a bit.
