I was just wondering.

I was read Steve H's post (HERE) and laughed my arse off at it and also thought it was a cracking post. Everyone else also thought it was a good read and was funny. Everyone and myself included rated accordingly.

What I was wondering was, I don't know if it has happened in the past, if a post is rated enough with positive ratings, can the green blob to show the post's popularity go GOLD?
