the bike continued on for 3-400 yards then crashed in to a set of metal railings at about 60-70mph

he is at the hospital now with a poss broken wrist

so if anyone is after a suzuki gsxf 750 for spares please pm

Doubt the tax and test will be worth a wank now..

100mph you say, and thats the only damage and HE only has a broken wrist Rolling Eyes
Oh well, hope he recovers ok anyway.

He deserved it in the sense that it tought him a lesson, and he knows he could have easily been killed if he hadn't separated from the bike.

Jammy bugger Thumbs Up hope he learns from it, at least it was only the bike that died

Clocks must be KPH as 100mph would rip the bike and rider apart in a built up area......Or did he add 50MPH for credibility....Hmmmm. Rolling Eyes Wink

Its not big and its not clever but he is feckin lucky.

Dead right 'Finga'

looks like a 30mph off and into a kerb or parked vehicle to me, i've seen too many crashed bikes to consider this being 100mph.
At 100mph that old bike would have been wankered beyond recognition..
Chain needs lubing too Rolling Eyes

Sorry to hear about the accident, hope he gets well soon! The bike is probably best off being broken by yourselves for spares, and put the parts for sale seperately on Ebay etc.
he sound's very lucky and very stupid i must say!
If he want's to get another bike when he is 100% recovered, then i think id be telling him strongly to get an off road only bike instead!
