Shocked I remember seeing a video clip of him practicing into a foam pit some time ago, but to see him pull it off in competition is Cool Cool Cool

so what about a even bigger ramp & even more speed to go for 3 flips Twisted Evil

i reckon it could be done

Yes, quite possibly, but when you consider it was done indoors, so the space/speed/ramp factor doesn't really come into it, its the fact that you've got to get it over, twice then land the thing before running out of arena! Laughing

Don't hold your breath Wink a triple has only ever been done on inline skates (on vert ramp) It'll come to bmx years before it comes to mx anyway, and no ones ever done it on bmx

Can't see it ever happening really, the height you'd need, the risk, death type stuff.

DAMN!

I can't view this at work either but willl be on it as soon as I'm home.

From what I've seen before of Travis Pastrana on the Extreme sports channel it seems he is one of those ridiculously talented individuals that pops up every now and then.

Thinking about it, snooker players have a high level of skill talent but to go for a double backflip on a motorbike you'd really have to have balls of steel as well. I have much respect. Thumbs Up

I'm sure there will be other riders who have done it, just not in front of a camera in competition.

Pretty amazing stuff, I remember seeing it done on a BMX a couple of years ago and everyone went mental then too. But they didn't even land it properly, they fell off. Perhaps understandably, as they had no suspension. Shocked

No Wink Others have tried it in a foam pit, Theres a pit bike rider who can do them in foam, but its been landed on dirt twice in history, both times by pastrana Thumbs Up
