Web design programs for novice?

Want to knock up a basic site showing the build of my track bike etc...

I've got a bit of space with my ISP, so I'm going to use it. But, although I work in IT, I've never done any web design. I did have a copy of Dreamweave MX a few years ago, but never got round to playing with it. If I can find it, i'll have a play.

But, are there any other simple web design programs I can use, apart from Frontpage?

FWIW i found for starting off the tools from CoffeeCup where worth a look.

I have others but not at the right PC now so may update later.

I would go for dreamweaver. You can do more complicated things later on when you get the hang of it, and still relatively simple to start with.

Avoid Frontpage, it's a waste of disk space.
